The sound of hundreds of people moving through the space, some briskly, others taking their time, answering phone calls, and children suddenly stopping. This is a compilation of spaceship cockpit noises i created for a sci-fi themed game project. Since some of the sounds weren't used in the game, i've uploaded these for everyone to use for free. Recorded at tea, a museum in santa cruz de tenerife. I was invited by dancer masu fajardo to create some sound ambients for a dance piece she was doing there, we decided to use only the sounds being created by her body and her interactions with the space. Ambient echo sound. This sound required the combination of operator using the triangle wave and plenty of reverb. I layered this sound by using two different octaves to cover most frequency ranges that sounded best and to fill any gaps in the sound effect. This sound is inspired by scene transitions and wide shots where there may be a lack of other sounds so this frees up a space for a calm ambient sound that uses plenty of sustain and reverb. The triangle wave in the operator gave it more of a high pitched calm flowing sound. The other options for example sine wave sounds to harsh and sharp for this type of sound.

A long recording of almost 19 minutes of ufo type sounds. This is the first sound i've made in several years, a different attempt with different software and hardware. I created this sound by using the fl studio speech synthesizer plus several effects. Maybe useful in a video game or a short animation movie ;-).

This is sound was designed to start out loosely spaced, in conjunction with other sounds, and tighten up to build tension before a drop. I use it in offset pattern as a "call response". This sound effect was created using beeping effects and then used a audio flanger to create the effect, 200 mili seconds variable delay, 0. 200 hz and a fixed delay of 100 mili seconds.

Infinitely evolving drone made with ableton and a combination of freeware synths. Sounds a bit like throat singing. Pitch changes are synced to 20bpm. No audio processing has been done other than cross fading.
